Recordkeeping Requirements

All private and commercial applicators/operators must keep records of their use of restricted use pesticides (RUP's) for two years. These records must include the following information:

1. Brand of product name
2. US-EPA registration number
3. Total amount applied
4. Date of application
5. Location of application
6. Crop commodity, stored product, or site
7. Size of area treated
8. Name of applicator
9. Certification number
